Went online to one of those bulk everywhere service station places to hire a moving-house-type trailer. Hopeless. The website gave grief, constantly tried to upsell etc. and charge more each time. Logged in 3-times and eventually gave up.

Just got their number, gave them a call (was actually able to speak to a person, not text an online bot), they were helpful, organised in minutes, picked up the trailer, the trailer was clean, they attached it to my car for me. Then when I dropped it off, simple procedure, they did it for me, didn't even have to get out of the car and was done in less than 2 minutes.
Easy five stars from me and I'll go there for any equipment I need to hire from now on.

Hired a metal detector a while back but forgot to leave a review. 5 stars, the communication and customer service is excellent. They take the time to explain how to correctly use there products. And the staff are nothing but friendly. Can't recommend them enough
Champion service
Our builder hired a shower and a toilet while our bathroom was built. The shower was huge and wonderful. The toilet did the job. The guys who dropped off, emptied and removed the facilities were great to deal with. Just a note though, if your builder hires, the builder has to organise emptying of the loo.
Great service item hired was 30% cheaper than a big name competitor.
